DuitNow QR code allows your customers to make payment using other banks and e-wallets
Access the Transaction
1. Open Slurp Central
2. Go to Report
3. Find receipt by search Receipt Number
Initiate Refund
4. Click the Receipt Number
5. It will display Receipt Details
6. Click Red 🔴 Button
7. It will prompt Manager Access and Enter Pin Manager
8. It will show you an option and Click Manual
The system will print the Void Receipt. Refunds need to be handled manually by selecting Manual and then refunding either by cash or online transfer.
