Create Payment MPay Card in Slurp

1. Login Cloud
2. Go to Setup > Payments
3. Click Add SlurpPay (Top Right)
4. Click MPay
5. Enter Payment Name MPay Card
6. Choose Payment Mode Card
7. Click Save
8. You are required to perform update settings to enable the payment MPay
