Create Payment MPay QR in Slurp

1. Login Cloud
2. Go to Setup > Payments
3. Click Add SlurpPay
4. Click MPay
5. Input Payment Name MPay QR
6. Choose Mode QR
7. Click Save
8. You are required to perform update settings to enable the payment MPay
